Allergies

All our platters may have traces of nuts.  Due to this we are unable to offer any nut free options

Where do you deliver?

Free delivery in and around Byron Bay to drop off and pick up your platter the next day.

Please contact us directly if we do not deliver to your area to discuss with us.  A delivery fee will be charged outside the Byron Bay area

Vegetarian & Gluten Free

Yes, we can cater for vegetarians and people who require gluten free, as required. If you require this please make a note in the additional information when placing your order.

All Platters will have some gluten free wafers on them.

I want to change/cancel my order – what do I do?

Simply contact us by email or phone, however after the cut off time (5 days prior) we cannot change, cancel, or refund an order. Please ensure your order is correct before payment.

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged once your order is placed and cancelled prior to the 5 days before delivery.

We are unable to offer any refunds after the 5 days cut off

Delivery Times

Please put your delivery time in our notes section upon ordering.

We will confirm with you once your order is placed a time as close as your requested time.  During busy periods it will be within 1hr either side of your desired delivery time.

Do we get to keep the wooden board?

We will arrange to pick up your board the next day at a convenient time for you.

Please contact us directly if you wish to purchase the board.

We love putting things together for our clients please contact us directly and we can discuss the size and needs for your next function.

How do we return the platter?

Once your order is confirmed we will advise a pick up time.
